I cannot express the service and care I feel at the Natural Dog in Middleton. I stopped one day before my work shift and saw so many goodies and brands that are so good I said this is great. As I continued to go in for help as my baby developed allergies I had the best best advice and guidance I needed everyone is very nice but my rocks are Gina and Audrey!!! I have never seen so much dedication what they are not sure they will figure it out and get back to you!! The great humor these ladies have are the best because no matter how their day is going you are going to get a smile and greeted!!!! I have been to the one in Danvers as well and they are very helpful and great customer service. Recommed 100% we love you aunties at TND Dubai & Brady! 1/19/26 I cannot express how amazing these ladies are I called today for a concern and questions on raw diet switch protein spoke with Iiz she was so great and patient and gave me just what I was looking for :) this is the true definition of people who care and love what they do!!!!!

I found the natural dog by looking for natural food for my kitten. And I'm so glad that I stopped by to check it out. I got helped by Catherine and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me prepare and then start to finish diet for my kitten going forward and was really knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis. So happy to find a holistic place for my kittens needs

We’ve been visiting the Natural Dog in Middleton for almost a year now and working with Gina for giving our dog a healthy, raw diet. The last couple weeks he’s turned his nose at his original plan and Gina worked with us trying to get it all worked out. We gave her our budget of what we could afford a month for his food and she listened and worked within what we allotted for a monthly budget. She’s so helpful and knowledgeable, I highly recommend picking her brain if you have questions on raw diets or anything you may want to change for your pets. △⃒⃘Lways friendly, the store is △⃒⃘lways so clean.
