When I walked into the Natural Dog in Middleton, MA I was enthusiastically greeted by Gina! I had expressed my interest in feeding raw but told her I had no idea where to even start ? Gina was extremely knowledgeable about feeding raw and how to provide a nutritionally balanced diet along with answering the many questions we had about switching from kibble to raw. Leaving there that night I felt I had just taken a class on how to feed raw learning so much about the benefits it brings to our pets with the amount of information that I was given. Gina presented me with a bunch of different options on where to start and made sure I was not overwhelmed but instead informed...Gina was even so kind as to give us samples to take home for our dog to try out ahead of making a big purchase to see what worked best for him, she genuinely cared for our boy. What was supposed to be a quick browse before heading home turned into a loyal returning customer and a new found love for feeding a raw diet! My dog is not only happy as can be with his new food but is healthy and full of life! I cannot say enough positive things about Gina and her knowledge/passion for animal nutrition and because of her our dog Vinny is thriving/ living his best life! I would (and have) recommend Gina to ANYBODY who is looking to make their companion happy, healthy & full of life!

Love this pet store n all its employees n owner, Dawn is just wonderful. Each girl in there is so knowledgeable n helpful when u r trying to find the rite food, combo of food, better quality food, educating u on what things may be irritating your dog in a certain way n explaining supplements &/or nutritional additives may help u help ur dog all while making u feel like ur talking to a friend. Love the NBPT location and I’m so happy they’ve been doing so well n have expanded to multiple other locations the Danvers’s location n my there r also great!!! If you love you dogs/cats as much as I do, n want to make sure u r feeding them the best food n getting knowledgeable n educated while doing it, I highly recommend The Natural Dog!!!! 🐕
